STAY AWAY!!!

It's a total hole!!! By far one of the worst places that I've ever stayed at. You know those seedy hotels in movies where there's lots of shady stuff going on, that's the feel of this place. Not to mention the host of characters to go along with it. The grounds are in shambles with broken, deteriorating concrete, rusted out stairs, littered with cigarette butts, EVERYWHERE! Saw several rooms with broken front windows that were shipping taped back together. And the help, fuggetta about it! The room was so dirty that my dogs paws turned black, from the floors! Everything is old and worn out. We tried to back oput of our 5-day stay once we saw the place but unfortunately could not. We ended up leaving a day early as we couldn't take it anymore! Hotels.com should be ashamed to even list this place!

If you have any standard when it comes to cleanliness this is not the place. They wouldn’t refund me but switched rooms the room was still disgusting. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to bare the thought of staying here.

The price was low, but so was the room. There were cigarette butts in the indoor stairwell. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The light over the sink was not working. The furniture, including the bed, were fine. There was something splashed in the bathtub - dark paint, maybe?

It was very loud at night, unsafe with people trying to get you to stop and talk to them obviously on drugs. There was mold in the shower, on the shower curtain, there was stains on the bed, it was just very unclean and unsafe. The man at the front desk wasn't very friendly and made you feel like an inconvenience.

When i Checked in, I could not understand the guy who checked me in. I get up to the room and look at the bed, the bed spread was dirty, looked like it had never been washed. I walk into the bathroom, raised the toliet seat up and someone left toliet paper in the toliet without flushing. I go to check out because I did not like the room. The front desk lady looked like she was intoxicated, she could not hardly keep her eyes open, she could not hardly stand up leaning on the desk. I ask if i could get my money back, and the lady told me no I could not.

Live mice inside the rooms , sink stays clogged up , staff is rude , should I keep going ? Sheets sometimes have holes from smokers or bodily fluids such as blood . I have pictures & videos of all the gross stuff . When confronted , staff laughs it off & or simply don’t care .

Concrete outside the elevator on the 2nd floor was broken, making it difficult for wheeled suitcases and my accessibility needs. There was food on the headboard of my bed. The bathroom wall and floor behind the door had not been cleaned in a long time- someone’s “personal hairs” were laying on the floor. Staff was friendly for the little contact we had with them at check in. Admittedly, I forgot to check out when I left for the airport at 3am. When I called later that morning, around 5am, and told them I had forgotten and checked out but left the keys in the room they were understanding and got it taken care of. Overall, I needed a place near the airport to crash for an early flight. The price was still more than what the room was worth and I wouldn’t recommend it.
