The price was okay, you get what you pay for. Check in was a process, but the man was not rude. The carpet gave me vertigo, overall room was nice, bathroom counter was not clean, outside appearance was tired and worn the roof over the entrance is sagging and rusty.

Lots and lots and lots of black mold in the Air conditioning and heating units both in every room I stayed in and in the common shared areas such as where you get coffee in the lobby. I'm back in the area to get cancer treatment for my brain tumor and some of the people at the front desk although they may be good at their jobs did not come across as pleasant or hospitable ever.

I took a picture of all of the black mold in the vents and in a fan on a countertop the black mold in the coffee area was really ridiculous there's no way that thing has been cleaned in years the black mold in the black circular fan on the countertop at the end of the coffee area was also bad I have pictures I will try to figure out if I can forward it on my phone or if I need to do a more general email I am although trying to get two nights comped if at all possible my brain cancer appointment was changed by the University of Cincinnati for some reason I literally have around $191 left of my entire life savings I'm trying to restart my life in Northern Kentucky after I lost about $20,000 worth of my costumes that I had either made myself or collected in the Altadena fire in January. Had I not been juggling job research and lodging I could have stayed easily for 2 weeks or more at a hotel 10 miles south I was not expecting this many problems being closer to the Ohio River. I was told by the gentleman at the front desk today at 1:00 that I simply had to leave the building since I had not booked another night stay I understand business people but I don't understand kurt attitudes since I have been here for as long as I have

The rooms were clean which I appreciated, but the beds were so stinking firm it was hard to sleep. Also, after we made the reservation I received an email stating they had gotten rid of the complimentary breakfast and replaced it with vending type coolers you could buy from. Unfortunately I didn't read it in time to cancel and make another reservation. Also, there was smoking allowed in the pool area. Had to leave because I'm allergic. Cut my time playing in the pool with my kiddo.
