Great location and price.

Great location with easy access to Cincy airport , shopping and food. Clean room. Only complaint was we had an end of hall room next to an exterior exit and the door opening and closing was very loud during night and morning especially . Need bathroom exhaust fans also.

We had a good stay. I called the property to tell that we are going to be late. When we got there, the staff in charge got us settled in less than 5 mins. I should have gotten her name. She was so nice. It was a wonderful stay.

I was traveling due to sick elderly relative, she ended up hospitalized and I needed to change my stay to a week later. Of course they refused and there was no way to talk to a human being. Compassion in our corporate world is nonexistent. So, I will never stay or recommend Holiday Inn from this day forward.
