Rude

Rooms were clean but staff was unfriendly. I booked adjoining rooms but at check-in I was told the entire hotel had only one adjoined room and the room adjoining mine was already taken. No one was occupying the room when I got to mine but I was told the hotel was full and someone was in it. I was there for two nights and no one was in the other room. Each time we passed the receptionist she would walk off. Unfriendliest receptionist I have ever experienced, but I saw three receptionists my entire visit and none were friendly. This was a game changer and I won’t be back. Problems with pricing because I booked on line and the rates were not honored.

Several outlets didn't work. The floor in the bathroom by the door is leaking water under it. Tried to tell them but no one at the desk when we checked out. We had a double. Not 2 Queens but 1 full and 1 Queen in room. Breakfast was excellent. Noisy hallway and above us. It stopped before 10 pm. Door slammed loud. You can hear it in our room.

The room was comfortable and sufficiently large enough. I especially liked the ability to place both my wife's and my suitcases on the specifically designed furniture. My only issue was that the bathroom sink clogged easily and there was no maintenance available on Sunday to resolve the issue.

Noisy Nights!

My ONLY complaint with this property is that the walls must be paper thin. You can hear someone clearing their throat in the next room!! It was a LONG 3 nights!

We’ll be back for sure! Never had a problem with parking. Really simple to get to and it’s right off the highway. Had a king suite and it was almost too much room for us (not a bad thing). Breakfast was good, staff super friendly and the hotel was clean. Only one thing bothered me, there was an indent in the mattress on the one side of our bed that made it difficult for me to sleep. Husband switched me sides and slept fine.
