Staff was nice. Booked King room. Its NOT A KING size bed. Hotel manager wouldn't refund any of stay. No Hot water. Neess updated. Stay somewhere else. Management only apologized and nothing else was offered for the stay that I booked and didnt get what I bought.

It took 15 minutes to check in because Cherelle (the front desk attendant) was supposedly on the phone with the owner. This behavior was very unprofessional. She did not apologize. To add matters worse, the hotel charged for parking.

The hotel itself was good. In the room the bathroom wasn't that clean. There was hair in the shower on the walls and a piece of hair stuck in the shower door, which is still there! The sink had hair on it and the water pressure isnt great. We had to buy our own cleaner to clean the bathrrom before using it. The water runs very low in the sink. Other then that its ok!!
