Wonderful hotel. Had everything i could have wanted and more. I was in town for a horse show and the hotel was within 10 minutes of the show grounds. I felt very safe and the staff could not have been nicer. I will stay there again.

Front desk was difficult to locate. Could not find any staff until speaking to some random person the sidewalk and asked them where the front desk/staff were. Staff was not very attentive or friendly. Additional fees for parking, which was unexpected. Location was convenient, Decor was nice, beds were hard as a rock.

Rooms are a bit tight, and the design is such that if you enter the bathroom before dawn and turn on the light, the entire bedroom area is lit up - which is disruptive to anyone who is sleeping in the bed.

Never again!

Room# 812 was like a shoebox with 2 queen beds. Floor board going into the bathroom was loose and sharp with a nail. No shower gel. Help made the bed when we were leaving with our bedding still on the bed. Late check out request was fully ignored twice.
