Stay here

Great hotel to stay at if you need to be close to St Francis Hospital. Rooms are large, updated and clean. This my go to choice when in the Springs.

I loved everything about this hotel, the only downside was the fact that they would not provide us a veterans discount when we were told we would once we booked “pay at hotel” by an employee. We ended up paying MORE because it was discounted if we paid online now as opposed to reserving and paying at the hotel. They said it was a fixed rate through Expedia, but would not offer any compensation for incorrect information provide by their employee. Not a good way to do business..

Beautiful views of the mountains! A nice big room. Decent breakfast. I don’t love when there are only three towels in a room for six people and the pool may have been inside but it was as cold as the outside.

The room and service was good. The pool and hot tub were out of service the entire time we stayed. It was a family trip so it was disappointing. Hotels.com and the hotels need to advise customers of this.

Beautiful hotel! I’ve stayed here twice now and plan to return soon. Very clean, and our room (2 queens) was spacious and had a full kitchen! I’ll definitely be back.

Property was nice. Staff was excellent. Our rooms temp was finicky and there was a constant noise coming from our closet area. We were able to ignore it but it might be annoying to others. Overall it was a good stay.
