"As advertised and will stay again next time we are in Salt Lake.It was nice to pull into a garage, with a massive 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum Max rental car which is 18’ long and we had space to walk around the front and open the lift gate to get the gear and dogs out in an enclosed space without worry they would get hit in the street. The garage was also heated which would be nice for ski season and although I didn’t ski this trip, I did spot those cool ski boot warmers calling my name already set up next to the bench you can sit and take off boots along with a spot to hang the skis up.The main room is massive with a table for 8 and enough room to spread out and chill on the couch and watch tv. The instructions and what to do book was cool and well laid out so you know the laundry or where to eat in town or how to get on the WIFI.The place was clean, smelled nice, and everything worked and we had zero issues plus the kitchen had pretty much everything I have at home so made meals like we do at home.There is a nice fenced yard that is just yours with a separate entry.Owners live upstairs and have a couple dogs, met them they are nice, and we both agreed that although we did hear each other’s dogs a few times, barely, pretty much went unnoticed and wasn’t an issue for either of us.The water was hot, the beds were comfy, and the place was roomy and comfortable with pretty much everything I have at home, so yes, I would stay again next time I am in Salt Lake."
