When we arrived and received our key, we were not informed of even where the elevators were to get to the 6th floor. We were not told that the complimentary breakfast was only from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. (even though the internet said it went until 10 a.m.) nor did they tell us the location of the breakfast. The rooms were fine. However, we did not have enough towels in our room for the 4 people that we had in our room. There was no blow dryer in our room and no one answered the phone at the front desk, even when I called as if I were someone from outside of the building. My husband finally had to go downstairs to ask for a blow dryer and they said it would be about 20 minutes to get one. The accommodations were fine (especially the water pressure in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner-my hair felt very soft afterwards). All-in-all, the hotel was fine, but the service left something to be desired.

The hotel tub in my room was so dirty along with my bed sheets had stains and hair in my bed room was run down lack of up keep it did not even stay after paying and checking in I left and book a different hotel i paid less for the Marriott and ten time better and cleaner

Had a parking lot there was needles in our room, like herion needles. And the bed sheets were all worn out. We did get a new room. The phones in the room werent even connected to a phone line, just decoration. Not very many outlet options. Past all of that staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was a plus side. Breakfast was okay.

The good, comfy bed, good water temp and pressure. Staff is unhelpful and unable to help provide a towel or any basic services. The rooms show older age than the building. If you are just looking for a place to sleep then this if for you. Anything more don't count on it. The hotel is super outdated bed makes sounds just sitting on. The shower sings a song when flowing, the water drains slowly in bathtub (I can only imagine whats underneath) Breakfast is a joke. Roku TV has no connection. I didnt even border login to wifi. You have been warned ⚠️

Had a confirmation on a room with 2 queen beds. Received a room with one king bed and was charged the two queen bed price. A $20 difference. Luckily we caught the issue prior to leaving and had the problem rectified. The room was not well cleaned, the water out of the sink was milky white and only enough towels for one person. Because we were tired and the bedding appeared to be clean enough and no sign of bed bugs. We stayed the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. I expected much better from a Radisson Hotel.

My room floor along with the elevators and first floor area around the elevators were dirty. This hotel is outdated the elevator makes noises. They seem to be run by the Patel family they’re short staff and doesn’t seem to care about customer experience or comfort. We asked for extra pillows and the front desk told us they don’t have any because everyone went home. We will never stay at this hotel again. We used to like Raddison but since Patels taken over they will run into the ground just like every other motels they owned. Sad.
