Basic essentials are just fine. Updated bathrooms are a nice feature. I’m concerned with the big crack in the door (light/air) weather stripping could fix. No vent cover to aim the air (dust/dirt), and the corner piece of the rubber doesn’t quite cover the inch-long staples coming from the doormat (wear house shoes when close to that area. Dangerous!

Nothing. Our king room had a full size matress. It was a muddy work zone. Outside the room they gave us. I cannot believe Radisson put its name on this place. Section 8 motel. Advertisement should not be listed as a Radisson. It literally felt like a bad move. I tried to call travelocity multiple times and never got an answer. I had to look for other accommodations at 5 pm in Cheyenne and was very fortunate. Please refund my money. The inn lets us leave and said sorry, and did not charge us.

Weekly rates are great, being pretty low and affordable. The staff were all friendly and kind, but I was too, someone once said to have friends, you must first be friendly. The only issue, since I was asked, is the pool was closed for maintenance.

Did not even end up staying. I was scared as soon as i pulled up. They assigned me a room in the back, in a very dark area with no outdoor lighting and other random guers hanging around outside at midnight pr later. This place is dirty, sketchy employees who appeared under the influence at the time. No photos taken as i never even went into a room. I asked if i could cancel and they said to email hotels.com. They also lie about offering breakfast.

We went to the room and it was dirty. The shower was not clean and the bathroom smelled. The door to the room was not secure and I did not feel safe so I did not stay there. I asked for my money back but they said I had to go thru you for a refund. Hopefully Expedia will refund my money. Thank you

The little men had stains on it, floor was dirty, and there was a plate of rotting meat left in the microwave from a previous occupant. It's an old hotel 6 that is being renovated. We had a room with two double beds. The one bed was shoved up against the wall so you could only get into bed on one side. The room had been newly painted but was not well done or maybe not finished.

Our family reserved 2 rooms. Neither room was acceptable - one reeked of cigarette smoke, the other had broken lights. We were assigned 2 other rooms, but were told if they weren't acceptable, that would just be "tough". One room had a broken shower and a bathroom sink that only ran hot water.
