This is the find!! Water front efficiency units-- while they may be small, they do the job. You can not find anything else like them. And the owners are wonderful. I understand now why so many people return here annually.

We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.
