Room was clean, and the staff were very nice. But the hotel needs an update, and the hallways, particularly, were dark and a bit ratty. Also, there's no resturant in the hotel, so one has to go looking, and the area around the airport in Charlotte doesn't have many options and is itself a bit rundown. So, all in all, it was ok, but I think other hotels in the areas, particularly those that have been more recently updated and have a resturant are better choices.

Room was clean, but the hotel as a whole was rather dark and in some need of an update. The hallways particuarly were dark and a bit ratty looking. Also, there's no resturant in the hotel, and so one has to go looking, which in the airport area of Charlotte is a bit challenging if you're looking for something other than fast food.

It was a very short stay overall. the staff was AMAZING overall. the room, not so much. It was okay, but the bathtub didn't drain so I had to cut my shower short as water filled up. Check out was strange as well. It was fine for a few overnight hours though.

The room was good. The staff was excellent. They could not have been nicer. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they actually cared and spent extra time helping us. It's not often today that you find staff that care about their job and about people.
