The carpet room was extremely dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged from the moment we arrived until we left. I told concierge employees 2 times. It seems like they don't care. The door was not closing correctly. We have to push it in order to close it. They charged you parking space per day. The breakfasts buffet is expensive and poor in options.

The pool.was not heated so it was too cold to swim, there was no couch in out room , just a big empty space for it. Dont care for the parking, if you dont check in first you dont know of the parking pass they give you.

Room and staff was great overall. Little things like they could definitely use some updating. This is my third stay and I find it odd that such a nice hotel does not maintain empty trash cans in the exterior areas from right outside the front doors to all the parking lot cans. Over 24 hours and not one was ever emptied. Just pointing it out since as a manager I would want to know.

The room had this awful smell like a dog peed on something in there. I stayed 5 days and it took 3 days to get new wash clothes bc they said they ran out. No one came to give me room service until our 4th day of staying there. The refundable deposit of $250 is way too high for that. The ice room was disgusting as if no one has ever cleaned it. I had no interest in going to the pool after seeing how the hotel was kept. The staff up front is great but none of the house keepers speak English and that was a little annoying. The breakfast was too nasty to be as expensive as it is. I just don’t recommend this hotel for a long stay. It should be a 2 star and not a 4, lol.
