The entire property is available, the Patio Room is perfect for a game night and the out door area boosts a beautiful Fire-Pit, Grill and Out Door Seating!

The magic of Monroe is that you can do as much — or as little — as you want! Positioned just 25 miles south of Charlotte, this area is the perfect place for visitors who don’t want to stay in the Uptown city area. The quaint, small-town vibes are ideal for some serious R&R, and there’s plenty to do for couples, families, and groups of friends who prefer their vacations action-packed.
Nature lovers will adore all the opportunities for exploration right on your doorstep. Aw Shucks Farms is a short drive away and has a great program of outdoor events and activities for kids and adults throughout the year. The little members of your party will also love Two By Two Petting Zoo and the Matthews Sportsplex, which is just a 15-minute drive from the property and holds huge kids’ soccer tournaments throughout most of the year. The adults in your group might prefer to visit one of the many vineyards in the area or discover some of our tasty local beers at Southern Range Brewing.
Golf fans can hit the links at Stonebridge Golf Club, and Sweet Union Flea Market and its 300+ vendors cannot be beaten for some killer retail therapy. Bank of America Stadium is also just a 30-minute drive away, so Monroe Manor is the perfect base if you’re in town for a football or soccer game.

There are outdoor security cameras located in the front and back of the property.

***We have young children living in the cul da sac so our policies regarding parties, events and issues with noise levels will be strictly enforced***

There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels.
If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in 15 minutes.

We allow a maximum of 9 adults at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 9 people, and we do have additional fee for additional guests.

The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. If you want to bring more, consent must be given by the owner through the Airbnb messaging App.
