They to keep the breakfast options open longer. For example the pancake machine needs to be open until the end of the breakfast. If your hours are from 6:30-10:00 don't shutdown at 8:45 am. Thats an whole hour and 15 minutes early. Its not fare to your guests.

Check in was not the greatest. The male that checked me in was very unpleasant. I did not feel he should be working in hospitality! However, Lyric arrived shortly after we checked in and she was absolutely AMAZING! She made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us get our things to the elevator. She really made our stay pleasant. She greeted my daughter and with a warm and welcoming smile each time she saw us! The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in our room. We did have to switch rooms after the first night because the fridge wasnt working and my daughter had medication that needed to be kept cool. Angel assisted with this and made sure we'd be moved the next morning. Other than the male who checked us in (I unfortunately had to deal with him one other time), I was a bit frustrated about the ice machines on 3 floors not working. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet area, yet central to where we needed to go. I will stay at the hotel again!

Pros- Easy access to things in the area , Quiet , not far from the airport, clean, and breakfast served its purpose and the lady who tended to it , kept things wiped up and cleaned. Hotel was mostly clean. Close to Walmart and other restaurants. Parking was easy. Cons- The guy who checked us in wasn't friendly at all , wore no name tag and didn't look up from his screen at all . No welcome to the hotel and we were not told where things were or when breakfast was served . We had to ask all those questions . It was like we were disturbing him from doing something on the computer. Other staff were okay but didn't look up at all when people walked through the door. One girl stayed on her phone and didn't care to look up from it . When we checked out, staff didn't ask how our stay was or anything .. Just said put your key in the box. They were not busy at all. Beds were hard as a rock and pillows were old and flat. Room smelled like mildew , as you walked in but didn't have a smell past the bathroom. Had smells of weed .. through out our hall . Overall, the hotel served the purpose of what we needed it too but the beds sucked ! I don't think we will stay here again.
