At check in was given room cards to find out someone was already in that suite. I specially reserved a handicapped accessible suite. However apparently that room was given to someone else. The "kitchen " in the suite is nothing but a wet bar with no plates,glassware or utensils. Kinda disappointed in the overall experience for the price i paid for a deluxe suite.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the night, our room was incredibly quiet and we got great rest in the comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again!
