We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. The location was perfect with many great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Great communication with the host. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for our weekend in Charleston. It was a perfect location to explore and find great restaurants. Five of us had a very comfortable stay with one person on an air mattress but there was plenty of room for it. Dealing with the property manages was very easy and they were quick to respond to any questions we had, would definitely recommend.

Great property, it’s super close to everything and easily walkable. The stairs are a bit steep and were a bit of a challenge for my 78 y/o mother but if you can manage them well than it’s not a big deal.

Had a great stay at this property. Located walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, easy access to the free transportation. Beds very comfortable and pretty much 2 master suites. Very responsive management. Will definitely stay here again!

Stay was amazing. Location was absolutely perfect for checking out everything in the heart of Charleston. Also a great location for accessing Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan’s island by car. Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood was beautiful and everything within walking distance. Host communications were top notch.

We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here.

Great location. Easy parking and easy to walk from this location. We brought a lot of our own kitchen, because of Thanksgiving, but it’s very nicely decorated, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

Booked this to attend a wedding. The bedrooms are decent size and on opposite sides of the living room which I liked. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and has everything you need. Loads of charm and the neighborhood is bursting with energy, boutique shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ! Truly lovely

Great location/Great space

My wife and I booked this property for our annual get away trip. The property was in a great location for exploring Charleston. Close to great restaurants bars, and shops. The unit itself was beautiful, updated and comfortable. I highly recommend booking this property for anyone traveling to Charleston

The VRBO was perfect for two couples. Inside it was charming and clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee with all the sun light coming through the generous windows throughout the VRBO. The location was convenient to restaurants, sight seeing, historical highlights and shopping. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We were 4 childhood friends looking for a central location that would be convenient to shops and restaurants but also provided a refuge where we could just enjoy each other. The Beat was perfect. It was very clean and modern but had authentic touches from its historic past. Super close to King Street but also small neighborhood bars and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. The unit comes with on parking space but there is a parking deck about a block away on King Street. Super easy!

Family Spring Break

We had a great time in Charleston! This location is great, right off of Kings Street with the cutest coffee & wine bar downstairs. We walked to dinner, shopping, even the aquarium. The place was clean, super cute and comfortable for the 4 of us. The layout was great with bedrooms on opposite sides of the den and kitchen. We will recommend this place to friends. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating, and the host was great!

Great Apartment, Great Location

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend at this location. The apartment was clean, tidy, and stocked with all of the basics we needed. The location is great, right at the start of the King Street experience with a ton of bars, restaurants, and shops within a short walking distance. It's worth noting: the property description is upfront and honest when it mentions city and street noise - this is a busy, nightlife-driven area. We (three adults) did not have an issue with the noise but it is present. Would stay here again.

The space was beautiful and clean and the location great although extremely noisy late at night. The outdoor space is the restaurant next door, not their tables and chairs. Another major problem that was not handled was the parking. Someone was parked in our spot on the first day. I contacted the host and sent a picture of the car that was in the space. That car continued to park in our spot. I think we might have parked in the spot 2 times. On the last day another car that was parked in our spot left a note on the car that the host told them to park in our spot and if it was an inconvenience to call them. Why would they be told to take our spot? Why were we the ones inconvenienced to go find parking yet again?I wish the communication with the host was a little better, but overall the place is very cute and clean.

Perfect Place in Charleston!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Charleston! We have no complaints! It was beautiful and historic, and had the historical but industrial look! It is the perfect fit for Charleston. It is only steps away from King street, which was so nice. We were able to walk everywhere and do lots of shopping without having to pay to park. We walked to dinner every night! The house was very clean and had very nice and updated facilities and amenities. Having a designated parking spot off the street was very good to have. We will 100% pick this place first again when we come back! Everything is so accessible from this location. Thank you!!
