Just as pictured with very nice updated and clean bathrooms/amenities. Close walk to a few restaurants and shops and King Street just 2 blocks over! And a Corner store for staple items, wine/beer just a street away. Super friendly and accommodating staff with welcome chocolate and wine to start your trip off right! Would definitely stay again!

We loved this place! Room was clean and lovely, with a comfy bed and pull out and nice pots and pans. The location was great and the parking was a little terrifying to get my car in and out but if you’re not planning on driving around it was convenient. The hotel felt very safe and the staff was lovely.

Extremely hard to find free parking around the parking lot. I don’t like the car carousel so that wasn’t an option for me! Other than that beautiful room when I stayed. Clean. Offers a Dyson hairdryer. Whole refrigerator. If there’s a sale, book it!

Out stay was impacted by several issues. The AC was not working properly, and the unit remained between 75-79 degrees, which was uncomfortable for us. When we contacted the front desk, we were told that the unit “felt comfortable” to them, rather than having the issue addressed. We were also instructed on how to use the thermostat, which we already understood, and the only solution offered was a $10 fan from Walmart—an inadequate replacement for functioning air conditioning given the price of the stay. In addition, parking was inconvenient. We were offered to park in a gravel lot and walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the unit, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time and added unnecessary difficulty. Overall, the lack of effective customer service, dismissive responses, and unresolved comfort issues significantly affected our experience.

This place was fantastic. It’s right near a busy and vibrant area. It had tall ceilings and anything you could need. The parking was strange at first but then it’s really cool. Self check in means no hassle and if you need anything they’re always quick to respond via text. 5 stars I’ll be sure to stay again the next time I’m in Charleston.
