"We arrived quite late at night. However, the room that we were allocated was in appalling condition. Hairs on the bed, radiator was so dirty it looked unsafe. Asked to change rooms and was offered a different sheet. Upon changing that, noticed blood stain on the mattress. Totally unsuitable for kids ..."
