Outstanding stay in idyllic country setting minutes from Chagrin Falls!

Wonderful woodsy setting in a setback cottage-like atmosphere at the right price. Just minutes from Chagrin Falls and, if you need a bigger city, the freeway to Cleveland, etc. Property is very well maintained and in a peaceful spot, woods are right out back and very easy to sit out under the stars if so desired. Highly recommend for a weekend stay or longer (I needed it for almost two weeks and it was a perfect fit)

Disappointing

Upon arrival, broken bottles, canna in the back yard, other trash. Sofa not clean. Insect eggs on the stairs. Bad smell inside property, mold possibly. Requested refund from Evolve. Granted only half, so we stayed. Definitely overpriced.

Close to Town Center

This location turned out to be just perfect for our needs. Extremely short drive to the town center of Chagrin Falls, and also very short drive to our Son's house. This unit met all of our needs and was well equipped. Communication with the owner could not have been any better. In fact, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had dealing with an owner.
