"The decor was just beautiful. Very modern. The staff were great, all very helpful and friendly. Great location. Our room was perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer. The onsen was wonderful. The only complaint would be that if you have expensive French champagne on the menu, keep it in the fridge! Especially on NYE. But other than that, this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in."

"It’s walkable to the station and shopping areas and at the same time it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The check in was swift and so as the check out. You’ll get free coupon for beverage at the lobby every day of your stay. They also have a manga area if you want to read some. The room is clean and really fancy looking."

Free craft beer every afternoon, excellent breakfast, beautiful pjs and washer/dryer in the rooms, onsite onsen and local arts and crafts throughout. A wonderful hotel in a spectacular town.
