I did not get the room I paid for. I was expecting a city view and jacuzzi tub suite and I got a plain room where you had no view at all. All rooms were booked so they couldn’t do anything. The hot tub was too hot to get in. It was disappointing.

We arrived and expected 2 rooms but only 1 with a single king size was available. Then had to add 2 roll away beds for 4 adults and there was simply not enough room. The room smelled of smoke and then the next day we got another room added but still did not have 2 beds in each room.
