"Checking in at 2am was easy and very nice we had a shuttle waiting to bring us to our room. Resort is huge!! Pools are nice, lots of chairs and an abundance of towels available. Kids enjoyed basketball and the pool volleyball net. Large hot tub was also really fun. Dinner at Zimmies was great too!"

"This place is unaceptable. It is run by IHG group and nothing to do the way it used to be when Nickelodeon was there. Starting with phone calls, when you try to contact them, they will greet you with joy and satisfaction while trying to sell you some bs points in exchange of 2 hrs time share alike scheme bs, and like that was not enough the disney folks also trying to sell you their package in the lobby by telling you "did you get your $300 welcome package" what a cheap tactic to get people's attention. They are always short staff and the manager who barely speaks clear English is hard to understand sometimes. Her English is very limited and would not give clear understanding of resolution of issues "you knoe, dats hou it is, no very gud" type of answers! And if you need her, you would have to wait several hours before they can clear the long lines at the customer service desk. My bill did not match what I was told on their web site. And her (manager) answer was that the bill that states "TOTAL CHARGES" are not total or final but only estimated!!! Can you believe that? Anything can change in here!!!!! At the Hershey ice cream place... I recomended to pay with cash or your credit card! This "awesome people" automatically charge you $1 tip which is so ILLEGAL! FL law states that you should disclosed mandatory tip anywhere in the entrance of business or menus! Nothing of that is accomplished! Same happens to the yellow food truck by the pool! They do "SERVICE CHARGE" of 12"
