My kids said the pool was warm but it was packed full! The hallway stunk like cigarettes smoke so someone was smoking in the hallway. My son needed a blanket and the one brought up was dirty had to call and get another one.

Well when we went for breakfast the guy had pulled the stuff for the waffles so he can wash them when their was a hour left for breakfast, milk wasn't stocked, also the hot tub needs to be bigger. Also pool parties should not be allowed cause they get to be rude to the guests.
