I like the set up of the room but definitely needs updated. We couldnt use the couch bed. The mattress needs to be burned it was so gross and you can feel every spring. So we just used the cushions between the two beds for our youngest. All my kids came out of the pool bleeding. So i had to run to CVS for first aid stuff to bandage them all up. The Staff lady we had when we checked in was good. Breakfast was fine for being continental. Overall, i will not return to this hotel

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We could not get hot water the whole time we were staying there. Cold showers aren't fun. I thought it was just the first night but it wasn't and after talking to other people who were staying there, they had the same issue. Hotel was very loud - parties going on, on all floors, kids running around. The 10 o'clock quiet hour was definitely not enforced.

The service and cleanliness. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and quick to replenish breakfast goods on such a busy Sunday morning. Also, the front desk staff was very informative and friendly upon arrival. Comfort suites is our only go-to hotel in Minot!

I’ve stayed at this property many times as I use to deem this one of my favorite hotels to stay while in Minot. Sadly this time the stay was absolutely horrible. My family and I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. When he finally did come to the desk his attitude was beyond funky. He then check us into an un cleaned room with the furniture stripped and all over the room as if the room was being repaired. We went back to the desk he checked us into another room to which the bedding was nasty. My husband took pictures and went back to the front deck to request new bedding he was rude and non chalant about the conditions of the room. We asked for new bedding and had to argue just to get new sheets and blankets. When he handed us the new bedding it was even more stained. Not to mention the pull out bed. That crap should just be burned and thrown away. My kids were terrified to sleep on it. At this time me being 9 months pregnant and just needing sleep as I was scheduled for a C-section in the morning was over the lack of customer service and dirty bedding my husband had to drive to the near by Walmart to get a sheet set for me to lay on. I have removed them as favorites and will never stay there again.
