I’ve stayed at this property many times as I use to deem this one of my favorite hotels to stay while in Minot. Sadly this time the stay was absolutely horrible. My family and I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. When he finally did come to the desk his attitude was beyond funky. He then check us into an un cleaned room with the furniture stripped and all over the room as if the room was being repaired. We went back to the desk he checked us into another room to which the bedding was nasty. My husband took pictures and went back to the front deck to request new bedding he was rude and non chalant about the conditions of the room. We asked for new bedding and had to argue just to get new sheets and blankets. When he handed us the new bedding it was even more stained. Not to mention the pull out bed. That crap should just be burned and thrown away. My kids were terrified to sleep on it. At this time me being 9 months pregnant and just needing sleep as I was scheduled for a C-section in the morning was over the lack of customer service and dirty bedding my husband had to drive to the near by Walmart to get a sheet set for me to lay on. I have removed them as favorites and will never stay there again.

My reservation was canceled and they would not honor the one day I was there. They canceled the entire reservation with no refund. I then booked again for the 2 days so I paid for 4 days and only stayed 2! The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and also hotels.com when they called. No manager was on duty either day I was there. Our TV in our room shut off every 15-20minutes. The volume and picture were not right. The hotel was extremely loud in early morning and late evening. The wrestling kids were running up and down the halls! The fact of being charged twice and the front desk lady being unhelpful and rude did not make a good stay.
