"This was an amazingly good location with obviously easy access to the beach and a convenient distance from groceries, etc. But I can’t say enough about how comfortable and pleasant the home is. We have rarely stayed in a rental location that felt so little like a garden-variety vacation rental and so much like a home. We stumbled upon this as a last-minute rental and immediately began looking forward to returning for at least a two-week stay. Also, communication with the owner could not have been better. We had a couple of questions early on and her responses were very quick and very helpful. The home itself, and the friendliness of the owner, make this an ideal vacation spot. "

"Our stay at B Relaxed was great overall. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach toys. I wish we had known prior to arrival that many items most VRBOs provide were not provided here. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. I also wish the beds had been made up for us instead of linens provided in plastic wrap.One burner of the stove was broken and we were unable to open the door to use the inside stairs. Not an issue for us as it did not rain during our stay. However, the location was excellent and a short walk to a great section of beach with lots of good restaurants nearby. We would rent again. "

"Everything about this home, from the owner’s flexibility and responsiveness, to the layout and amenities, was exceptional. Our kids (ages 15, 13, and 8) loved the putting green, pool, hot tub combo. Apart from each bedroom having an en suite, there were little convenient touches like charging stations for phones and devices. The location allowed us to walk to several of our favorite Kitty Hawk restaurants, which was a delightful bonus. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to other families."
