The room was spotless and the bathroom beautiful. Very nice amenities, a central location in Carson City. Just a great place to stay if in the area.

Room had ants, which crawled on you while trying to sleep. Air conditioner wouldn’t hold temperature so it was very hot at night. Smoking section outside was next to window, so when air was on we would get the cigarette smoke from outside sucked into room. Room was next to the check in counter so it was constantly loud with people waking us up every night. Will stay somewhere else in the future.

The room was clean and updated. Love the casino/ hotel/ bowling alley convenience. HOWEVER, every room has a “no-smoking” sign on the door, you can smell strong cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel coming from the casino., we literally left early with a migraine and difficult breathing. The smell of cigarettes on the second floor was so overwhelming. Adding a towel to the bottom of the door and sleeping with the bathroom fan on was not enough. As updated as this hotel seemed, the ventilation system is horrible. I would never recommend to anyone with kids or any type of medical history with lung issues or asthma to stay here. It was extremely disappointing.
