The hotel and staff are lovely, the room was lovely only thing was it was way too hot and rather noisey in the room. Didn’t have a very good sleep at all unfortunately. There was a fan in the room and we had the windows open which let in more noise than fresh air!! But it was still way too hot in the room but saying that it’s a lovely hotel.

Really friendly bed was super comfy room spacious.

Brilliant location cheaper than cardiff centre hotels had an Uber there and back much cheaper. Used tesco clubcard points absolute bargain and a lovely lake

A beautiful hotel, loved watching the swans on the lake. Arrived mid afternoon and were afraid that we wouldn't be able to get lunch - but the restaurant was open and provided a very nice meal. The rooms were beautifully maintained, the shower was powerful and every staff member we encountered was welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again if I come back to Cardiff.
