Our group had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the 3-bedroom suite and all-inclusive amenities, including incredible service. The beach was beautiful - and very isolated, so it felt like a private experience from the hustle of the hotel zone. Staff was kind and welcoming everywhere we went. The food was also great - we enjoyed almost all the restaurants during our time there.

Service was very disappointing. Housekeeping knocked on door twice with Do Not Disturb sign on door. Front desk woke us up early in morning trying to sell timeshare. Front desk was helping me and then just walked away and didn't return for 15 minutes.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The one bedroom suite was huge and absolutely spotless every day, the bed was super comfortable. I can't say enough great things about this great All-In. The staff are friendly and professional. Our room and the property are clean and well maintained. The buffet at Caprichos is awesome and had a lot of vegan options for me, most of the other restaurants had few options but able to accommodate. I loved the gentle music that played on the grounds in the morning, adding to a blissful sunrise. The aquafit class was more fun than I thought it would be. I didn't make a morning yoga class, it would be great if there was an evening yoga class. One of the reasons I booked here was because a ferry to Isla Mujeres is walking distance but I found out the times are very restrictive so we took Ubers to and from Puerto Juarez which were less than $10CDN each way so we could get the ferry that runs every half hour or so. There was a bit of seaweed on the beach but it was cleaned frequently and wasn't a big deal. The sand is beautiful and there is plenty of seating. I would definitely come back and have already recommended to friends. Thanks everyone at Villa del Palmar for such a relaxing vacation.

Place was beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a little too much pressure to tip, but other than that, the stay was perfect

The service was excellent. The food at Davino, La Casona, and Legends was fantastic. We enjoyed the adult only pool the most as it was the quietest.
