"Upon entering the room there was a gel pill on the floor so the floors were not swept. Walking on the bathroom and kitchen floors our shoes stuck so they were not cleaned either. The inside of the fridge was clean but the outside was not stuff was splattered on the doors. There was no way to use the stove. There were NO accessories in the kitchen. There was no coffee maker which was to be there and there was no coffee or grab and go breakfast in the lobby which was supposed to be provided. There were no towel or wash clothes. We had to use the kitchen rag to shower and when we stopped for more towels and a rag we were given 2 towels and a hand towel. There was only the roll of toilet paper on the dispenser provided and we ran out on the last day. The hotel is to be non smoking but clearly that was not the case because all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Last but not least, the windows would not close completely or lock. "
