While the hotel staff were friendly, they did not have enough towels for the four people in our room, and breakfast was likely the most disappointing one we’ve had at a Holiday Inn.

Overall, my visit went well. But the morning of check out, we had no hot water. I called down to the front desk and they explained that some rooms did not have hot water. I "asked" what is going to be done as I really was counting on one as we continued our travels? He said they would give me a credit on our room. I asked for a receipt and they said one would be emailed to me. Now, it is over 2 weeks later - three phones calls. I am presently on hold again for over 1/2 an hour - and they pick up and then put me on hold over and over again, obviously hoping I will go away. Once I finally got through, they only give 15 percent discount. So personally I would not recommend this hotel. I find you can tell what a business is like on how they treat you when something isn't right.

The bathtub drain of the room first checked in was stuck, front desk said room service would only come the next day morning. They quickly help us to change a room. That’s acceptable. However, there were only 2 towels provided in room while we booked for 4 people. We asked the front desk for extra one, they said they ran out of towels. This was unbelievable. Next day we went to swimming pool, the pool was running out of towels too. Breakfast, bad. Tasted bad, sausage and eggs overcooked for the first day. The next day only beans, sausages left in the tray at 8:30am, not even any hash browns or eggs. We have to went out for breakfast instead.

Was a very short stay. Arrived at 11:30pm from delayed flight. Kept in contact with hotel to arrange shuttle pick up as only runs until 10pm. They were quick to reply and gave me instructions to take a cab and on arrival the cab driver will receive voucher for payment from hotel. That’s what we did and it all went smooth. Check in was quick on arrival so late in night. Arrange shuttle for am back to airport. Room was excellent. Very big, comfortable environment, cozy beds, big clean bathroom. Hot Breakfast included which was great. Shuttle guy on time and extremely friendly and happy. Would recommend this hotel to others. Only a 4 min shuttle/cab ride to and from airport.

Found out that I was charged $21, twice on my credit card. When I called the hotel to inquire about same, they told me that there was a stained face cloth and stained pillow Case… I know for a fact that we did not leave standard linens as I did a thorough check of the hotel before leaving and we were extremely careful throughout our stay. It seemed to be a random surprise charge on my credit card. I was told to call back another day when a manager was present however, I have tried to call back multiple times without being able to get a hold of a manager. Rather disappointing as I thought this was a trustable hotel however, I do not believe a trustable hotel randomly charges your credit card $42 for something like this.
