There is a dedicated office area adjacent to the common living/dining room (and upon request, a treadmill is available for extended stays). 50" LG TV in common area, 40" Aquos in Bdrm 1, 32" Aquos in Bdrm 2, and monitor in the office area (Youtube TV on Firesticks and Roku or use your portable devices). WIFI sufficient for all your needs. Furnace, zoned heating and a/c, in addition to a remote controlled gas fireplace will keep you comfortable in any season. Fantastic one night stay

A Great Stay in a Cool Buffalo Borough!

The flat was a great place to stay for our Buffalo trip to view the Great American Eclipse! Kevin was very responsive if we had questions and the flat was cozy and nice to come back to after our excursions elsewhere in Buffalo, Toronto, and Niagara. The coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance were lovely too. We’d love to stay again on a return visit!

Kev's flat is amazing. It's in the nicest little neighborhood that's within walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, coffee and more. The description is completely accurate and the space exceeds expectations. The beds were super comfy, everything was spotless and it had everything that we could possibly need. My teens loved it and I wish we would have booked a longer stay!
