"Originally rented a jacuzzi King bed rm (online thru Expedia) This particular rm showed availability w/jacuzzi but rooms that had them were rented. We specifically chose to pay the higher amount so I was greatly disappointed. The 3rd party issue was sort of explained. But then the room reeked of cigarettes to which I must be allergic to bc it immediately triggers a headache. Mr. Jeff was very accommodating & profusely gave his apologies & upgraded us. Thanks again Jeff! The smoke issue was cleared w/this new rm & more than made up for the non present jacuzzi. Now for the "BREAKFAST." I have to disagree w/You there Jeff. The reconstituted eggs did not make the grade. Nor did the biscuits. And I LOVE me a good biscuit but these were not them. The bagels tasted like paper & "cream cheese" needs another title bc based on the ingredients...need I say more(?) ....& idk what the black liquid they call coffee was BUT it begged to be discarded. These r hard wrkng Indians w/all due respect running the property. A Lil tweak on REAL ingredients in the menu would bring guests back & possibly recommend to friends & family. Maximizing prophets is not worth it. This is one great example. Make these changes and we'd gladly return w/an enthusiastic updated review :) #VillaRica GA location"
