The softest towels and very well organized. Except for a few ants that didn't like lysol, the room was cool. I'd stay again. My husband really liked the window seat.

The bed was very hard, the room was dirty. I'm a guy and for dirty to bother me, it has to be noticeably dirty. The exterior of the property looks very nice and the pictures of the rooms look nice, and the price was reasonable for the one night I stayed, so that is why I chose it, but I would never stay there again.

I have stayed at micro tel hotels many times. This is only one that charges a $100.00, then it takes week to get it back! Will not stay here again.

There was a problem with the toilet running from the moment we checked in. Water was running from the push button that you flushed with. Someone came up to fix it and it appeared everything was fine until I used it about 3:00 am and the toilet ran until we could get someone up there, it was about mid morning. They shut the water off. The reason for the visit was a funeral, and it was questionable as to when we would be able to dress because it was not fixed. They tried to refund a portion of the cost but said that because we reserved through a third party there was no way to compensate for the sleepless night and uncertainty of getting dressed in a timely manner.

the phone in my room didn't work to call down to the desk to find out what the wifi password was, which is usually expected to be on the room info sheet inside the room (it wasn't). their drink machines were broken which was rather inconvenient since its their only one in the building. staying there was convenient for what i needed but i had just expected more from the overall stay. even check in was difficult as i had called ahead to let them know id be checking in late, which they told me to do just in case, and they had told me they will leave a note for the next shift and they never did which meant checking in with the new desk manager take quite a while.

In many ways. - nice place to stay but after reporting that my shower did not produce warm water, it was not repaired and I had no warm water for 4 nights. Inexcusable . The bed was comfortable. There was a large supermarket nearby and several restaurants. Conveniently right next to the interstate hut I never heard it .

Nasty Hotel

It was the worse stay ever I will never stay there again Room 201 smelled of smoke and i have asthma. Then i was moved to 221 and it was so filthy the tub and toilet had not been cleaned i showed the lady at the front desk Then I was moved to 401 and when I awake that morning to shower it was 2 bugs in the tub i called front desk and complain the guy did nothing After my meeting i checked out and loss day of stay that i had paid for. I was not suppose to check out till Monday the 16th but I checked oit Saturday the 14th and went to another hotel. That place will never get my money again I truly loss big time on that one but never again!!! I will never recommend that hotel whatsoever!!!
