There is no breakfast at all.. so idk why advertise that. The chemicals used for cleaning is too strong. Very unfriendly management. Freakin smile or something jeez.

New but not maintained well

The good news? The hotel is new. Otherwise, expect the absolute minimum on every fronts. "Breakfast" was 2 containers of yogurt, a bowl of orange, two pieces of toast, and fruit loops or raisin bran. Broken pancake machine (in a brand new hotel??). The "pool" is about 10x10. The bed sheets were not washed and hairs were found all over them and the shower and bathroom. Gross.

Just going to see my son and got tired

I don't like to let people know when I'm traveling alone but when I do I usually book ahead of time and request a upper floor well I didn't book ahead as I was driving to see my son who is military and having seen him since December. 1st I couldn't get a room on the upper floor because the bottom wasn't "sold out" and when I entered the smoke detector wasn't there just a hole in the ceiling the AC unit is worn out while it wasn't dirty I still felt uncomfortable being on the 1st floor.

The room smelled terrible and was incredibly unclean. Someone left a snail trail on the blanket (iykyk) The floors were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. The “complimentary” continental breakfast was nothing but TANG, a few yogurts, empty cereal containers and a basket of instant oatmeal. AVOID at all cost.

There was a room connected to our room that the people who owned the property/work there were using. At almost midnight, they were apparently partying or something in there, yelling, banging on the walls so hard it was vibrating on our end, and trying to open the door to the adjoining room. I was trying to get 4 kids to sleep. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I should be given a refund.

Unexpected fee.

I don't know if it was Hotel.com or Quality Inn's fault but i was charged an unexpected amount of $25.00 per night for a small dog. All that was said by Hotel.com was that it was pet friendly, no mention of a fee.

DISGUSTING/stains/cigarettes

Bed sheets were very dirty with stains and crusty stains all over . Room smelled like cigarettes and there was a family with a dog in the next room over being very loud. We checked out one hour after checking in.
