Brook Bungalow

We were born & raised in Bryan but moved away 34 years ago. We traveled back for a family funeral. We know the area well. We have always loved this neighborhood, having grown up in a neighborhood not far from this house. Great location and easy access to both Bryan & College Station!! Love the charming older homes. The Brook Bungalow was very comfortable for our family of 4. We worried about it only having 1 bathroom but it worked out well for us. The master bedroom had a perfect vanity area where I could do my makeup and hair. The twin bed bedroom also had a big mirror and dresser where my daughter was able to get ready, too! That really helped to free up the bathroom, which is a large room in itself. The water pressure is great and we had plenty of hot water. Beds are very comfortable. AC works great!! A must in Texas!! Kitchen is fully stocked and so cute! All rooms are large and roomy enough to have a few guest over! Old wooden floors, shiplap walls and ceilings and cute decorations make this house a cute, spacious, comfortable place to stay!! The owner communicates quickly!! If we ever need a place to stay in our hometown, we will look into the Brook Bungalow! *The only downfall was the washer & dryer were not available for use.
