"It was ok . However i was disappointed their swimming pool. Too much chemical in the water and it was too stingy when water splashed into my eyes. Bed sheets had stain marks and asked to change it. I requested for cleaning room next day but did not clean."

"To be honest, I was extremely disappointed with my stay. My room was located in an outbuilding called The Paddocks, around a 500‑metre walk from the main hotel — not ideal, especially in bad weather. The room itself was in desperate need of updating. The carpet felt dirty, the bathroom was in a poor state, the wooden windows wouldn’t shut properly, and the door rattled constantly throughout the night. Overall, the standard fell well below expectations, and I won’t be staying at this hotel again."
