"Pleasant little property close to the main town. Parking is a major issue with very little parking close to the property on many occasions. "Didn’t like the initial room in the courtyard has it smelled of damp and mould. Stephen the host did move us into another room so no hassles. Stephen was so lovely and helpful in any query or concern we had. Overall all the staff at this property were lovely and friendly."

"I booked this property in Brixham so that my partner and her brother could visit their sister who hasn't been well. The communication around the booking and access to the property was first class with Angela providing very clear and prompt guidance and information. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. It is a very comfortable and quirky cottage close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. They were even able to have drinks on the upper terrace at the cottage which was a welcome outside space. I would highly recommend Seabird Cottage to anyone looking for a clean and cosy place to stay and yes, they said they would be very happy to stay there again. Thanks you Angela for the use of your cottage."
