Don't stay here!

This property was ridiculous to find. Poor instructions, and communication! It is not a hotel, it is one apartment, in a building with a different name. The curtains don't cover the windows! There is no hairdryer! The beds are as hard as sleeping on a concrete floor! It is way over priced! We will be reconsidering wether to ever use wotif again when they represent such a poorly rated property!

This was not an easy experience

This property is like an air bnb and is not connected with the appartments. This was a difficult experience and I would not recommend using this apartment. On arrival there was ABSOLUTELY no keys available and you have to find a 7/11 where you pick up one key . It’s absolutely ridiculous and this property should not be listed on WOTIF as its not a property that your dealing with . It’s a third party again . Don’t use this people as there are so many better options than this inconvenient appartment.

Good location, not as family-friendly as we'd like

We were really happy with the location of the property, and can see how this would be a desirable property to some, but we personally were a bit disappointed with a few things. The beds were very hard (1 of my children chose to sleep on the floor), the curtains were thin and didn't span the entire window (which they surely should in an inner-city apartment!? we felt very exposed and unable to block out unwelcome light) and there were a number of items in the kitchen I needed to wash BEFORE I used them. Maybe we just need more experience with booking this type of accommodation so our standards are lowered, but I won't be booking this property for my family again.

Very clean unit

Unit was very clean & comfortable. The beds were great for someone who likes a firm/hard bed. If I could recommend anything I think the bedrooms need blockout curtains or blinds. This unit is privately owned so no reception staff. The emails that I received were very helpful & always answered promptly with respect with how to access the building etc.
