Enjoy this true walk in Fall Creek Condo, with a screened in patio overlooking a peaceful water and golf course view. Relax to the sound of a small waterfall in this quiet retreat. Updated two bedroom, two bath condo is centrally located to enjoy all Branson has to offer.
This modern western styled condo with vaulted ceilings features all new furniture, bedding, towels, decor and Smart TV's. Perfect place to kick back and relax after a busy day exploring Branson whether a fun day at Silver Dollar City, White Water, golfing at one of the many courses, shopping at Tanger or The Branson Landing, boating, or enjoying the sun at Moonshine Beach. This condo is close to it all.

LIVING ROOM- Queen sleeper sofa well suited for children and young adults
ADDITIONAL- Two toddler cots in second bedroom closet. Suited for kids up to age 5.
INDOOR LIVING-Smart TV, Cable, WIFI, Keyless entry, comfortable sofa and recliner, large dining table, full size stacked washer/dryer, with three (3) laundry pods, central heat and air.
KITCHEN is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, coffee pot & filters, Keurig K-cup maker and small assortment Keurig pods, toaster, basic spices, three (3) dish washing pods, paper towels, glass and plastic cups and plates available
OUTDOOR LIVING- large screened in patio overlooking the water, a waterfall and golf course, many geese, ducks, birds and other wildlife to watch, 4 outdoor chairs, and side tables. Kick back, relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of sweet tea or wine in this peaceful setting.
ADDITIONAL- both bathrooms stocked with towels, hair dryer in each, complimentary toiletries, the master is a walk in shower, On-site parking with 2 spots designated for this condo, NO STAIRS true walk in top floor condo.
STARTER KIT- Includes three dish washing pods, two rolls of paper towels, three laundry detergent pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Guests that plan on staying longer than two or three days will need to plan on supplying their own once the starter kit runs out.

The condo was exactly as advertised! Nicely stocked kitchen including nice big pans and everyhing you would need during your stay.Really close to thesters, etc on the strip. Communication was timely. Would consider this condo in the fiture.

Loved this place. Porch was spacious with comfortable furniture and a view of a pond. We were on the 2nd floor, but we had no steps to enter. Well supplied with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap and other items. No corkscrew. Mattresses were very comfortable. Artificial fireplace too. Definitely would like to rent again.

Beautiful condo with everything you need! Loved the screened in back patio. No stairs to climb! Drapes on the bedroom window would have been a plus but not a big deal. We like to sleep with the room dark and there were only blinds.

The condo was great; clean,well appointed and easy access. The owner was very quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. We especially loved the screened in porch overlooking the small lake. We used it every evening.

Comfy beds and great view

We have stayed in Fall Creek several time but 1st time in this condo. The beds were comfy and great space to relax with the screened in porch with golf course water views! There were a few issues including the drip coffee maker took forever to brew a pot and the keurig didn’t work properly and leaked water. The outlets in the bedroom had some issues as well.When I booked this condo I did not know we did not have access to the pool and other facilities and my daughter was disappointed.

New Year’s trip

We came to Branson for a few days for the New Year. This place wasn’t too far out of the way. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. It was still decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and maintained well. Kitchen had everything we needed for the stay. Convenient location with a quick drive into Branson or over to the Chateau on the Lake where we were attending a multi day conference. Hosts had decorated for Christmas which was a nice bonus. Very nice and clean Condo

This is our second stay here in this very nice condo. Easy process to check in and out. Only thing we didn't like is you can't fish in the ponds that you can see behind the condo they are ONLY for the golf course we were told. Had a great stay anyway. Condo had nice decorations up for the holidays also.

Nice long weekend getaway

This is our second stay. We first stayed with our daughter, son in law and grandson of just 3 mo old in late spring 2022. We returned this fall/winter to see the lights at Silver Dollar City and went to Dollys Stampede for the holidays with our grandson now 21 mo old. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo once again. He loved to see the ducks and golfers from the enclosed deck. The condo is so beautiful and homey and was decorated for the holidays, complete with a gorgeous christmas tree and a santa radio that our grandson adored. We had to order one, before returning home. Thanks again for a fabulous experience. If i were to own a condo myself i feel it would have the look and feel of this property. We also love the location as it feels close to all Branson has to offer. Happy Holidays, 2023!!
