We did not get our pool card with check in, there were multiple fights that broke out during our stay with police called, the fire alarm went off at 11:45pm, there was literal poop in the stairwell that was not cleaned up in a timely fashion, we could hear loud music above us at 11pm, we overheard staff giving a room number to a guest that was complaint about another guest involved in the fight which apparently hospitalized their family member (major security concern!!!!!)... Rooms were fairly clean, water slide was fun (but there is a TON of rust on the stairs up to the top, which was a bit concerning), pool is a nice temperature, hot tub had a lot of foam (so unsure how clean the water is).
