We did not get breaksfast because this was closed 9:25AM. With regard to Clealiness, the room and another areas looked very clean. I asked to a person in reception for delaying the check out just 15 min only, because I had to attend a work meeting at 10:45AM, she was unpolite and rejected my request, it was bad experience for me and my wife.

The breakfast was not available the Sunday morning I was there, because the kitchen person had called in sick! There was cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, boiled eggs, toast (ran out), but no hot breakfast. The person at the front desk just shrugged it off and said "what can we do if the person phones in sick?" The breakfast has always been a downfall at this location, but when it wasn't available, that was not acceptable.
