Good location to Hwy 1. Room comfortable. Quite . Clean. Variety of choices for breakfast. Noticed a few repairs that needed attention & reported upon checking out. Enjoyed our stay.

A nicely decorated hotel and room with comfortable beds and seating in the hotel room. Bathroom was spacious, clean and hot water. Great location when needing to stop for a night if traveling.

We asked about the pool at checkin and were told it was filled in 10 years ago and that they’ve been fighting with Expedia to update that info but they haven’t. So we were disappointed there was no pool but were told that there’s a great breakfast. Unfortunately there were no hot items except toast or maybe putting oatmeal in the mic. I think maybe an employee was sick. The front desk crew did try to replenish stuff. We were looking forward to waffles/ sausages etc but did find yogurt/ toast and I tried the packaged hard boiled eggs. The bed was a bit hard we found too. It was clean and mostly quiet, big room with the king bed, huge bathroom. So not our best hotel experience- should have done more research on the Lakeview website. But I’ve stayed at 2 of their other properties that had pools so was kind of surprised this one didn’t. The staff were very friendly. The coffee in the breakfast area was good but there was a bit of a line-up at times.

Was really happy overall with the stay. The room was nice. The bed was super comfy. My son slept on the pull out couch and it wasn’t fantastic, but it’s a pull out couch so expectations weren’t high in the first place. We needed an extra blanket for the pull out which was remedied with a quick call to the front desk. Breakfast was hot and well supplied by a very attentive hostess who made sure tables were wiped and food serving area was clean. Would definitely stay again. Great price for a great stay!

The breakfast was quite frankly poor, not enough of everything. My room phone didn't work. The third floor was extremely noisy till late into the night with boys from hockey teams running up and down the halls , yelling, knocking on doors. This was a very very disappointing visit.

we typically stay at Lakeview Inn in Brandon when we need to be in the city. The hotel is starting to look tired though. Noticed it could use some freshening up - paint, replace the rusted drains in the tub, replace the cracked toilet tank rather than caulk the crack (it was not leaking though so that's good). We just noticed some of the walls look like a fresh coat of paint would be appreciated...a few too many marks on the wall. Otherwise, the staff are always friendly and the hotel is quiet which we like.
