Hot breakfast was underwhelming. Sausage and boiled eggs under 1 tray. The hotel seemed to be used as a residence for displaced homeless people. . Not what I expected but security on sight was an added bonus. The staff were very nice though.

Room 137 the mattresses were both worn out replace now. The room was otherwise just fine. Laminate flooring yes. I hate carpeting in hotel rooms.

The beds are horrible! The springs in one are broken - sit on the side of the bed and you touch the box spring. Squeeks loudly when you roll over. The other bed is marginally better. Marginally. Not good. Dead mosquitoes and hair on the bathroom floor. I wanted to leave after checking in. I looked for a different hotel room but can’t find one due to the number of fire evacuees in the city. Honestly. These are the worst beds I’ve ever seen. The backaches have started.

Their breakfast was good and there is an irritating stain in the wash hand basin a good scrub would've gotten rid of. They need to do better with cleaning, doesn't smell that nice in their reception through corridor. I figured they have alot of smokers around. I do not feel the pricing is worth the experience. As much as I do not want to give a not-so-good review, I wouldn't want to deceive anyone.

The front desk female staff are very friendly. But the place is run down. And very noisy. Yelling going on even at 3 in the morning. It isn’t even a matter you get what you paid for. I don’t mind something a little worn but the place made you wonder if there was bed bugs. They did give you clean towels everyday you had to ask for other supplies when needed. But the staff were lovely.

We were incredibly shocked at the beds in our room. Just like a cheap bed from the 80's, as we felt every spring in it. Very difficult to sleep and painful to wake! I would not recommend this place!

Nice room. Place was busy but not noisey. Enjoy the simple breakfast available early. Have stayed here several times and it seems reliable.

We arrived early so walked to a nearby pub/restaurant for a late lunch; lots of food places within walking distance. Easy parking right outside our door\I liked being able to enter from outside as well as inside. Bed was comfortable

room not clean, broken toilet seat, remote not working, very basic breakfast, cheep utensils that broke and bent when you used them. noisy with people going up and down halls at 3am. We left after 2 days and went to another hotel and paid more, but there was no comparison. Would not recommend unless you are on a tight budget and willing to stay in substandard conditions.

They had a security guard walking around outside the property when we checked in at 11:00 p.m. I needed an accessible room, which they were able to give me. I am privileged to be able to walk very short distances using forearm crutches. The hallway was smelly, like old carpet that had been shampooed. Clean but everything looked worn out and stained or scraped or dinged up. The room was right off the entrance, so our door was right next to the vending machine and people coming and going. The hotel must have had folks who were evacuated from the fire situation, and there was lots of people out and about even at midnight. The room was clean and air conditioned, the bed was very nice but high, I needed help getting into it. No carpet which was good for my wheelchair. The bathroom was only partially wheelchair accessible. The toilet is very very low. The grab bar next to it was the smallest one I have ever seen, like the size of a toilet paper holder. Another grab bar perpendicular to it was also small. No grab bar behind the toilet. The bathtub was about a foot high, two grab bars in the tub, no shower seat, you would have to be able to stand up. The shower head is fixed. The vanity is outside the bathroom and was easy to use. The place is dated and worn, but the room was clean and exactly what we needed. They need to address the details of the accessible room. We had a good nights rest with our noise cancelling headphones on.
