I believe it was Michael I dealt with at the front desk for our stay. He was polite, kind, knowledgeable and friendly! My only dislike about the property is it cost me an Additional $30 for parking. Other than that, everything was great!

Room was clean and comfortable. We reserved a room at this hotel because they have a free airport shuttle. When we checked in shortly after the earliest allowed check in time, we were told the shuttle doesn't have room for us and we would have to take a cab.

Pros: Close to airport with shuttle and breakfast. Hotel very clean dining room dinner selection was limited. Overall quite satisfied. Cons: The 1st room allocated had strong perfume Oder which was overwhelming. They did give us another room which was Oder free. Other issue was no instructions on the phone on how to contact front desk. Which we found out later to push “0” in order to contact them.
