Front desk policy to let customer stand in cold after 9pm (check in) is rather cruel. Refrigerator was not clean ( food) left over by previous stay. shower not working properly. faucet lose in kitchenette counter.

They place was spotless but the only problem I had was the the cable on the tv wasn’t working as it would be static and the sound wasn’t working so I had to change to my Xbox. And the WiFi would go out at random times and I had to constantly reconnect my game.but other than that everything was amazing and the staff was nice

The room was not clean. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned and restock of toilet paper , the handle fornthe shower came off , there was loose hair strands all in the tub, a dirty shower curtain and a dirty, filthy bathroom door my wife and i went and bought cleaning products to clean the bathroom and spary all door knobs down tried cleaning the door with scrubbing bubbles it didn't help at all, i didn't sleep a wink this weekend. I won't be staying at any motel 6 and won't recommend that anyone else does either. The onlt good thing this place has going for its self is that its located near alot of restaurants and shops

When we first arrived there was no running water. We were also told that we had to check in with the front desk because there was an issue, but they wouldn't clarify what it was. It turns out that they confused my reservation with another and had us in the wrong room for the wrong days. After I was finally able to sort that out, there was no adjustment of the wrong room. The room was moderately clean but showed serious signs of deterioration. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.
