May seem crazy but the showers had glass doors instead of shower curtains that aren’t long enough to keep the water in the tub. Also, the towels were thick and luxurious. The rooms were big and fresh. Staff was excellent

The staff was friendly and courteous. My baby had to do a head surgery early at 4 in morning and the staff was courteous to make sure I got to my car safe. It was raining so she asked to watch the baby in the stroller and told me to pull my car closer as I did park at the back.

The sheets were so worn they had abrasions and we’re so uncomfortable. The overall hotel needs a lot of updating too. But the bedding was very disappointment and kind of felt unclean.

This was not even close to my expectation for a hotel with the Hyatt name. The staff, however, could not have been friendlier or better at providing service. Take the name off and lower it to a 2-star rating and you will be ok.
