I love Hyatt hotel. I always stay Hyatt . This hotel for some reason the floor carpet is not clean like other states. Break fast not good 0 test for the scramble eggs. No glass for juice or water we have to use coffee cups for everything. The sheets and the mattress are clean and comfortable. Just need more effort like other Hyatt hotels!!

The highlight of our stay was the courteous, friendly staff. Always helpful and always polite. The hotel was standard. My frustration was that I was given an accessible room that I did not request. The room was smaller than the room we had booked and lacked a divider, which I actually needed this trip. Due to being sold out, I could not be changed to the room I requested. There was also a day where we were told they would be testing fire alarms for 10 minutes. After it was still going on 2 hours later, we stopped trying to rest and left to go out for a little while. That was beyond the hotel’s ability to control, and so I didn’t rate it here. Quiet, safe area overall. Our room could have used some repairs, but overall we would stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. Carpet in the room looked like it had burns, the walls had dirt and debris on them. The tv worked but had lines across the entire screen which made it impossible to watch. The refrigerator looked like it had mouse droppings in it or had not been cleaned from several guests before. They also had one elevator that was out of service so wait times were long and it was hot in the. building. The thermostat in our room needed batteries so it was also hot. The area around was nice and the restaurant options were plentiful. With some updates and a good cleaning it would be a nicer place to stay.

Once I arrived, I was told they didn’t have the room I had reservations for which was a double for two adults and 1 kid. They only had a king room and I could take it or they could refund my stay. I was in town for a baseball tournament and every where was booked up so I had to take the king room. Shower had mold and mildew in it, there was trash all in the hallway and one night they had a party at the pool till midnight with loud speakers blasting and they were not even guest to hotel.

I'm not sure how this qualifies as a Hyatt Place. This hotel is run-down, things don't work, the breakfast is sad. I would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone stay here. It's not like a typical Hyatt Place.
