The location was great easy access in and out near shopping mall and shopping areas. The staff was very welcoming at check in and check out process. The room was very clean and comfortable both in size and sleeping conditions would stay again in the future!

We were so surprised how comfortable the mattress was in our room. Made us realize we need a new one. It was nice and clean and quiet for our stay.

I travel a lot, I like Hyatt because their rooms are nice, roomy, and clean and checking in and out is never a problem. But for some reason last night when I got here I checked fine but the room I got was not what I paid for. So I called the front desk and the person that checked me in said that when you book a room through a 3rd party site they don’t have to give you what you reserved, they just have to provide you a room. Ummm no! I paid for a particular room I should get what I paid for, eventually after going back and forth for a few minutes he told me to come back to the desk and he would resolve the issue. So he did, but in all my time of traveling this has never happened to me, I never had any issues before now. Overall I’m pleased with the room, I’m glad we got the room we paid for.

The AC in the first room did not work. They gave us another room with no problems. Had to check out early but no one at front desk. One lady asleep on a couch but wouldn’t wake up. Had to check out online.

The management of this hotel is substandard. I was overcharged for a stale treat and returned it promptly uneaten since it was ghastly. The management refused to refund my $6.50.

The description of room was not accurate, said that it has king bed and sleeper sofa but in accessible rooms the sofa is regular not sleeper like described
