I love Hyatt hotel. I always stay Hyatt . This hotel for some reason the floor carpet is not clean like other states. Break fast not good 0 test for the scramble eggs. No glass for juice or water we have to use coffee cups for everything. The sheets and the mattress are clean and comfortable. Just need more effort like other Hyatt hotels!!

Absolutely would not recommend. There was alot close to the hotel but right next door there was a homeless person sleeping with a whole setup. The staff here is lovely but the first room we were put in had a ton of visible mold in the room. You could smell it as soon as you opened the door then after walking around you could clearly see it. They moved us to a new room on another floor which did not have mold and was fine but has not had a deep clean in awhile either. All the hallways smelled terribly of febreeze. Not a clean smell, more overpowering like they were trying to cover something up. Then the breakfast was a joke. The worst spread I have seen in any hotel. The biscuits were burnt, no protein except a small portion of odd looking eggs, poor fruit and nothing to put on the bagels. Stay away from this location.

Hard to find a hotel in this area that feels “safe”. This is one of them. No overwhelming smells of pot. In a location that is safe and convenient. Carpet was stained and dirty, but worth the security in this area.

House keeping never came one day and the next day barely made the bed. Toilet didn’t flush, they fixed when requested. Water was cut off for the entire building from 3-9pm one day. Overall this hotel just doesn’t hold the “Hyatt” standard. Very old and dirty hotel.
