Bright two-bedroom flat next to Plaza España, 55m2, perfectly located
to enjoy Barcelona. It has one double bedroom and one single bedroom,
bathroom with shower, very bright living room and private terrace with
spectacular views of Montjuïc.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, high-speed
Wi-Fi and a small work area, ideal for teleworking. Comfortable, quiet
and very bright flat.

The space

This impressive apartment in Barcelona has 2 bedrooms and has capacity
for 2 people. The apartment is 55m². Apartment recommended for
families, not groups of young people.

The apartment is located in the center of the city. It has an elevator,
iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, central heating, air
conditioning, 1 TV. Independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave,
oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, coffee
maker, toaster and kettle.

Public transport is at street level and the metro is a few minutes from
the apartment.

The neighborhood has supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other
services. The metro stop communicates directly with the train station
and the airport.

The city center, Plaça Catalunya, is a 20-minute walk away, so we
always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic
architecture. It will surprise you.

This neighbourhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is popular with
young people due to its multicultural atmosphere. Popular,
multicultural and working-class neighborhood, Poble-sec maintains a
popular character and a varied culture. In addition to industrial
activity, being located behind Paral·lel, Poble-sec has also always
been associated with the world of entertainment. With emblematic
theaters such as El Molino, Apolo, Condal and Victòria, which offer a
wide and varied stage offer, cultural life has promoted a new
gastronomic offer in the neighbourhood.

We recommend getting around on foot or by public transport. You can
also go to the city center by bicycle or electric scooter.

The property is super close to different public transport such as buses
or metros (Plaza España or Poble Sec) also, it has Airbus stops so you
can go directly to the airport, 2 km from Sants Estacio train station,
4 km from Playa de la Barceloneta / Playa de la Barceloneta sandy
beach, 13 km from El Prat airport.

however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and
after midnight it will be 80 euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after
midnight it will be €80.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the terrace.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

A few minutes' walk away you will find some of the city's most iconic
landmarks:

• Montjuïc, with its gardens, viewpoints, museums and the Olympic Ring

• Las Arenas, a former bullring converted into a shopping centre with
restaurants and 360º views

• Fira de Barcelona, ideal for stays during trade fairs and conferences

• Font Màgica de Montjuïc, a must-see show at night

The area is well connected by metro, buses and the Aerobús to the
airport, making it easy to get around Barcelona.

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
