The made billing errors which they said they would respond to and then never did. Check-in was painfully slow with the same information being repeated by multiple staff as though they all were following a disjointed script and not listening to the guest. Critically they also then left information out so we got the worst of all worlds on the check-in but the billing left a sour feeling.
