Hate to give a poor review but as far as this stay itself, it just wasn’t good! Staff were excellent and professional. Complex was OK. Arrived Thursday and room faced Russell St which is extremely noisy. Friday the whole 2nd floor filled with cheerleading squads under 18, there for a weekend competition event, so now loud outside and in! Staff were quick to assist and moved us to the 4th floor and away from traffic!…but…the heating unit’s blower (and it was a cold weekend) was cruelly loud when it kicked on! Let it slide and just chalked it up to one of those laugh at it later tales! Coffee was really good though as well as the morning meals available! I’m sure it would have been a better experience if not for our unlucky stay!

What was unique about the property was the fact I stayed in ssafe area. I had a myriad of diniing options to choose from nearby. The customer service I received at the hotel was amazing and immaculate. The staff treated me like a customer and not a number. I am definitely staying at this hotel again.
