"Hotel had recently been updated so everything was new and clean. We had breakfast included in our room rate and this was excellent every day from the Full Scottish breakfast to the omelettes and poached eggs on toast. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Parking is also free across the road in the car park."

"Hotel has nice decor and the room was clean. However, noisy guests and smoking marijuana outside the hotel due to location (lots of strange pubs nearby). The photo of the hotel is deceiving. It's right on a main road which is in a pretty run down area. SPA We booked to have a nice relax in steam room and pool. However, you have to pay £50 per person just to sit in a steam room for 2 hours. A bit excessive."
